Thanks for writing Cecily. Are you using Open ID to sign in? If you are, please check this post first http://help.periscopegadget.com/topic... to make sure you have setup 3rd party access to Basecamp via Open ID. If you are not using Open ID, have you checked to make sure the correct username and password for each Basecamp account that you have configured is setup? Please let me know if this helps, I want to make sure this gets solved for you!

Just added the gadget but cannot login.


I am sure that I use the correct password and email.


What was the trick that finally worked?

Same here. Although I seem to login to the iGoogle Gadget I get an 'invalid recent data' prompt on the Overview tab, need to re-login to the Gadget when switching tabs to Time and get a 'forbidden' prompt there.


I do use my Periscope login with e-mail and password. Tried several times. Can't misstype that often ;)



How? Does it work?

Same here, I'm not using the openid just un/pw and the gadget added to my gmail account just fails to login. Note: I'm using a gmail account through google apps rather then standard gmail but I don't think this matters.

Hang on, so it knows who I am? Then surely those account details are correct?



The username box asks for my Periscope log in - that's my email address? No? And I've only set one password for my account, so it can only be that one.



So what's wrong with my log in details?

Same here. I am sure login and password are correct. I get this strange 302 error when logging in.

I get the same thing, and a entry saying my feed isn't there. However if you copy and paste the error feed URL into the address bar, you cans ee the feed.
