I am trying to integrate my Basecamp and Highrise into iGoogle. When my Highrise account is included, I get the error message: 302 (F1 Highrise). When I remove the highrise account from my periscope account I get the error message: Invalid recent data. I have tried deleting and recreating both accounts in Periscope but I get the same error messages.

Oops, it seems like you didn't configure the right username and password for your Carlos Lucas account. Go over to your Periscope My Account page, and make sure it's set correctly!

I'm unable to login via gmail - my account is under tysonculver@gmail.com When I enter my information, I get the prompt:

Oops, it seems like you may have entered the wrong URL for your Quicksilver Highrise account. Go over to your Periscope My Account page, and make sure it's set correctly!

I'm using the 30 day trial of Highrise - could that be the cause, or is it a database or some other error?

Clicking "all projects across all accounts" doesn't work on Google Desktop. Also, I'm having issues resizing the Periscope window - it won't resize wider than the default narrow sidebar width when I pull it onto the desktop. (Windows 7)

I can't add a time recording to my basecamp account through the gmail gadget. Everytime that I try, I receive an error that says "There was a problem saving your time, please correct any errors and try again." I've tried many different things without success. I've spent a good amount of time searching through your help pages as well without any luck.

I signed up for a periscope account, and added my basecamp url (i'm on the Personal plan, and I am not using OpenID) and my login info. When I try to log into the periscope gadget (i'm using google apps) in the mail page, it seems to log me in properly, but then, all I get is "Getting recent activity... Invalid recent data." I have not yet seen any of my basecamp data show up in the gadget yet. The same goes for the iGoogle widget as well. I've triple checked my periscope credentials and even tried changing my password a few times. I've tried changing my basecamp password as well, and also tried using the https:// option in the periscope settings. Any help would be appreciated.

Clicking on "all projects across all accounts" does not change it to a dropdown list in the igoogle gadget. However, this works okay in the gmail gadget.

I'm seeing this issue across Google Chrome, IE 8, FF 3.5 on Vista.
